Customer Information: Your full name, address, telephone number and email address so we can contact you.
Product Information: the name(s) of the product, quantity, color, and size of the product.
You will be contacted by a school store representative within 2 business days of your order.
Please note that orders will only be processed during the school year.
The MHS School Store will be closed from June 12, 2009 through September 1, 2009.
